Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Perform tasks associated with all manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Utilize advanced software programs to collect and analyze operating data for on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
Collaborate with engineers to determine and develop methods and procedures to optimize and control manufacturing processes.
Work closely with engineers to conduct experiments and implement process improvements.
Participate in abnormality detection to identify and resolve issues in production processes promptly.
Drive improvements in production yield, scrap reduction, and Out-of-Box Quality (OBQ) performance.
Contribute Kaizen ideas and actively engage in Small Group Activities (SGA) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
