Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel - from awareness to adoption to utilization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement always‑on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)
• Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows
• Transition marketing from batch campaigns to trigger‑based, behavior‑driven messaging
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define audience segmentation, triggers, and activation strategies
• Develop scalable personalization frameworks and reusable campaign templates to accelerate execution
