Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Details

• Reports to: Director, Marketing and Communications
• Employee Status: Permanent Full-time
• Work hours: 35 hours
• Compensation: $80,000k to $100,000k annually + 10% Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of integrated communications strategies, branding frameworks, and marketing plans that advance TTCPP’s strategic priorities.
• Ensure all communications consistently reflect TTCPP’s mission, vision, values, brand standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Design and oversee major enterprise‑level communications initiatives, including internal communications programs, the Annual General Meeting, and the Annual Report/Year in Review.
• Translate complex organizational objectives into clear, actionable communication roadmaps that support long‑term engagement and trust.
