Good design at Willful should feel calm, considered, and confident, never loud or overproduced.

The role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Designer with exceptional taste. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created, fully remote role is for someone who has strong visual judgment and cares deeply about quality, consistency, and restraint. You'll be responsible for the look and feel of Willful's marketing across email, web, paid, social, partnerships, and print, and for raising the bar on how the brand shows up everywhere customers encounter it.
