What you’ll be doing

Listing Marketing & Performance You are the marketing expert brokers turn to when a listing needs to perform. You assess, recommend, consult, and stay across campaigns until the right buyers are engaging — measured in CTR, enquiry volume, enquiry quality, and VPM revenue.

Content, Copy & Broker Enablement You own the marketing judgment and commercial writing that gets listings in front of the right buyers — web copy, social, email, and display. You bridge the gap between what a broker knows about a business and the signals a buyer needs to see to act, ensuring all content is on-brand and compliant with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. You coach brokers on what makes a buyer-focused listing and build their capability over time. You’re comfortable using AI tools to support content production without losing the human judgment that makes the difference.
