Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute KOL, KOC, and Affiliate marketing initiatives, alongside managing social media content strategy.

This role focuses on influencer ecosystem development, creator partnerships, and content performance optimisation to drive brand growth, engagement, and revenue impact.

Job Responsibilities:

KOL & KOC Marketing

• Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, micro-influencers, and KOCs across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, and relevant platforms
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion)
• Negotiate collaboration terms (paid, barter, hybrid, performance-based models)
• Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
• Monitor campaign KPIs including reach, engagement rate, CPA, and ROI
