                    Job Description Develop and manage overall marketing campaigns across digital, community, KOL, and offline channels.
Plan and oversee event marketing and execution, including esports and community events.
Analyze player behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to drive strategic decisions.
Identify growth opportunities and recommend effective promotion strategies and channels.
Manage and collaborate with KOLs/influencers.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring quality execution and measurable results.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with objectives.
 Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administation, Arts or related field.
Strong experience in overall marketing with strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to execution.
Experience in campaign planning, event management, and KOL/influencer marketing is a big plus.
