Senior Marketing Lead for Anime Jewelry Brand

Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Marketing Lead to take full ownership of growth for an Australia-based, fast-growing, anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand.

You will lead marketing strategy across paid ads, organic content, influencer marketing, UGC, creative testing, and performance analytics.

This role is best suited for a highly organized senior marketer who can manage creative coverage across all products, make data-backed decisions, and keep the full marketing engine moving consistently.

About the Role This is not a junior media buying role.

You will be responsible for making sure every product has the right creative coverage, active advertising angles, testing priorities, and clear next steps across Meta, Google, organic, influencer, UGC, and paid creative channels.
