Role Profile:

As Senior Marketing Manager, youll partner closely with the Head of Marketing to bring Bath & Body Works iconic sensorial experiences to life across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait. 

Youre a hands-on marketer who turns deep category and customer insight into impactful campaigns, activations, and loyalty-driving programs. 

Youll own day-to-day execution along with a team of 6 across paid and organic channels, events, influencer partnerships, and CRM initiativesensuring every moment builds brand love and commercial impact.

Mine market and consumer data (purchase behaviour, trends, competitive activity) to inform tactical marketing objectives.
