Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing for the UKI, you will collaborate across the business to develop national and local campaigns. This high-impact role will be supported by a Marketing Associate, and partner with cross-functional teams (Insights, Creative, Media, Loyalty, PR, Social, Influencer, Partner, Loyalty, CRM, Commercial) and agency partners. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial strategic planning, lead the activation of marketing campaigns and comprehensive post-campaign analysis.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategy Development: Define and implement consumer strategies. You will focus on deeply understanding customer needs and how brand and value propositions strategically influence customer behaviour and drive ROI. Be able to translate that into comms plans with compelling narratives for alignment with senior leadership.
