What you will do:
Drive business growth by delivering key customer-related KPIs, including acquisition and retention metrics: both passengers and drivers sides of the marketplace
Shape the marketing strategy for the country, optimising the marketing mix across digital, media, partnerships, and offline branding
Ensure consistent brand positioning by leveraging local insights and customer research to align with global brand guidelines.
Supervise and refine creative materials to ensure all marketing activities resonate with the local audience.
