Senior Marketing Manager — LATAM (iGaming) - barcelona

The Role

Inferno Partners is a fast-growing iGaming acquisition network operating across multiple international markets

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our LATAM markets.

This is a hands‑on + strategic role where you will own the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to revenue, across multiple channels.

You will not manage just one channel.

You will build and structure the marketing engine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own LATAM strategy and execution (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, etc.)
• Manage and scale:
  • Paid Media (Meta, Google, Native)
  • Affiliates
  • CRM / Email
  • Social
• Build and optimize funnels (Registration → FTD → LTV)
• Track and improve:
  • CPA, ROI, FTD, LTV
  • Identify bottlenecks and scale what works
  • Help structure and align the marketing team
