Qualification:

• BS Civil Engineering , Marketing, business Development and other related course.
• With10 years of Industry experience
• Possess extensive experience in local market development with long term experience in market or business development roles at leading local construction companies, EPC contractors, or large scale developers are preferred .
• Have an in-depth understanding of the local owner landscape with prior employment or long term cooperation experience with multiple owners development companies or relevant investment institutions are preferred.
• Maintain broad and stable industry networks with well establish relationships with government agencies leading real estate developers , water utilities operators, energy developers and consulting firms and ability to demonstrate the ability continuously access project operations
