Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a senior, strategic, and highly autonomous marketing leader to take full ownership of our company’s marketing direction and execution.

This role goes beyond content creation. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy —ensuring we are clearly recognized as a credible, high-quality partner for global executives seeking top remote talent from the Philippines.

Working closely with leadership (including the Recruitment Head), you will define and execute marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, employer branding, and long-term brand equity . This role is ideal for someone who has taken companies from early or mid-stage visibility to strong market presence and is comfortable leading both strategy and execution .
