Senior Marketing Project Manager PH 9-12 USD/hour + Bonuses

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific (non-negotiable)

Challenge weekends: Monitor Slack, acknowledge critical (P1) and important (P2) issues, coordinate fixes.
Enrollment Event Ops (Virtual Sales Floor): 6-day block (includes weekend), 8 AM – 7 PM Pacific, about once every four months.

Rate: $9–$12/hour USD (DOE)

Performance Bonuses:
Up to $500 per challenge based on conversion targets (only when quality gates pass).
Up to $1,000 per enrollment event based on conversion targets (only when quality gates pass).
