Senior Matching Analyst

Purpose of the Role

• Achieving PMP targets (KPIs)
• Error Free Delivery
• Manually crawl large volume of data Investigate and report Client Drops
• Understanding QC and QA related tasks
• Assess and report matching anomalies
• Ability to interact with other team members
• Client centricity

Key Activities

• Responsibility for daily matching of different projects and neutral quality checks within responsible panels/sectors.
• Ensures a high-quality standard of Matching and QC processes.
• Manual Crawling (Aggregating data manually from large websites)
• Match Suggestions (Fix/update Items highlighted by client using Match Suggestion tool)
• Duplicate Checks (Identifying duplicates for a certain client using feeds/reports and fix them)
• Client Drops (Identifying drops of Matches from Client Feeds and investigate its accuracy)
