DESIRABLE PROFILE:
Essential:
•Demonstrated knowledge of Results_Based Management; Research and Evaluation Methods;
• Experience in planning and implementing monitoring systems and rolling out the Monitoring & Evaluation framework;

Desirable:
• Administration, Social Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of previous job experience relevant to the function;
• Completion of UNHCR Learning Programmes or specific training relevant to the function of the position;
• Demonstrated experience in programme management, Theory of Change, and related processes;
• Experience in programme management training and capacity building activities;
• Computer skills (in MS Office), including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data management, etc.).
