Senior M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection background.
• Min 5 years working experienced and equipped with knowledge in M&E Services (Especially Machanical, ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
