Responsibilities

• Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, covering feasibility, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to review designs and value engineering proposals.
• Support sourcing, tender evaluation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
• Review M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals for compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.
