Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Senior M&E Manager
Responsibilities
Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, covering feasibility, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to review designs and value engineering proposals.
Support sourcing, tender evaluation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
Review M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals for compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.
Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes and profitability.
Manage project delivery, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement planning.
Requirements
