Senior M&E Manager / Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site, ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications to deliver quality project outcomes
• Conduct periodic inspections of all M&E systems to verify functionality and adherence to project standards
• Plan and oversee M&E works executed by subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines
• Manage procurement processes for equipment and labor within the allocated budget to optimize resource utilization
• Coordinate deployment and storage of M&E materials and equipment delivered by subcontractors to maintain site efficiency
• Prepare detailed method statements, shop drawings, installation and testing & commissioning (T&C) check sheets, and work progress reports in collaboration with the project team to support project documentation and tracking
