RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end planning, design, procurement, execution, and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems across development projects. Provide technical leadership during feasibility studies, design development, budgeting, lifecycle costing, and project planning activities. Drive M&E design optimisation, sustainability initiatives, operational efficiency, maintainability, and long-term asset performance.
