Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Stalwart Semiconductor Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Juru, Penang. As a full-time member of our Mechanical Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Job Responsibility:

1. Lead mechanical design and development of automation machines, modules, and tooling for semiconductor manufacturing.

2. Perform concept design, detailed design, and design optimization using 3D CAD software.

3. Prepare and release engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation for fabrication and assembly.
4. Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and risk assessments (DFMEA).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
