Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Chronos Energy are recruiting for a Senior Engineer (Heat networks/District heating) to join their clients engineering team. The Engineering team is responsible for provision of detailed technical and commercial service to the business, to ensure that all District Energy Assets are designed, installed, handed over/adopted and operated to meet requirements, current Legislation and relevant standards and Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and taking responsibility for delivery of designs and design review of district energy systems at all stages from inception through to commercial operation.
• Coordinating and reviewing modelling of the technical and commercial aspects of district energy plant operations including development of load assessments and plant selection strategies.
