Senior Mechanical Engineer (Brampton)

Position Summary

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for developing new products, specifying materials, and selecting manufacturing processes for product development, in addition to providing technical support for existing products. This role involves performing engineering analysis and calculations, such as load and fit assessments, and taking components from concept to production while ensuring cost, quality, and manufacturability targets are met.

In this role, the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will act as the technical lead on assigned projects, providing technical direction, coordinating engineering activities, and supporting project execution from concept through production. This includes participating in project planning, managing technical risks, tracking deliverables, and supporting schedule and cost objectives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
