Senior Mechanical Engineer – Industrial HVAC

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the Industrial HVAC division , based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HVAC projects ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements
• Design efficient, robust, and optimized technical solutions aligned with client needs and performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with defined project deadlines and delivery milestones
• Plan work activities and monitor team productivity, ensuring high levels of efficiency and profitability
• Manage and mentor the assigned team, fostering technical development and performance growth
