This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders whilst fostering a culture of engineering excellence. The successful candidate is also expected and responsible for hands-on design work, ensuring the highest standards in reviewing team deliverables and maintaining structured progress updates for department heads.
