An established multidisciplinary engineering environment is seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical / MEP BIM Revit Modeller to support the delivery of complex building services projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and coordinating detailed BIM models across mechanical building services disciplines, ensuring high-quality project delivery through advanced modelling, coordination, and collaboration practices.

POSITION INFO: Job Description:

• Develop and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit
• Lead HVAC , fire protection, and wet services modelling activities
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards
• Produce coordinated layouts, drawings, and technical documentation
