Senior Media Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Perform service desk duties to handle enquiries from Customer Service and supporting departments
- Act as tier 1 service desk support to follow through the incident management process and to support service recovery on time
- Perform system monitoring to maintain normal operation
- Collect measurement results and formulate various management reporting
- Coordinate and arrange operation work in each shift


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree / High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines

- Holder of ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in service operation
- Prior experience with high availability and distributed production environment
- Be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced organization and a result-oriented team
