Overview

Ataraxis is hiring a Senior Medical Biller to own complex billing functions across claims, denials, and accounts receivable. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands real-world payer behaviour, can resolve issues independently, and can mentor junior billers while owning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex claim denials, including authorisation, medical necessity, coding, and payer policy issues

• Prepare and submit appeals and communicate directly with insurance payers

• Own assigned A/R from claim submission through final resolution

• Manage aging balances, follow-ups, and escalations

• Verify and interpret insurance benefits and reconcile adjudication discrepancies
