Senior Medical Coder

Job Overview

We are seeking a CPC-certified Medical Coder with 3–5 years of professional coding experience to support accurate coding, compliance, and reimbursement across multiple specialties. The candidate must be proficient in CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, payer rules, NCCI edits, MUEs, and documentation requirements. This role will also support validation of our AI-assisted coding solution and work across various EMR platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation.
• Ensure coding compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Review and resolve coding denials, NCCI/MUE conflicts, and documentation deficiencies.
• Maintain an accuracy level of 95% or higher.
