Senior Medical Malpractice (Medmal) Broker

We’re now looking for a highly experienced Senior Medmal Broker to join the Jensten Group. This is a key Leadership hire within our Healthcare Division and represents an exciting opportunity to shape, mentor, and grow a best in-class team of Healthcare specialists. 

We are flexible with location/ where the successful person is based from. You will oversee and develop a team of three Brokers, while managing a portfolio of Healthcare clients and driving growth across the Division. You will bring deep technical knowledge of Healthcare risks, strong market relationships, and confidence in placing larger and more complex cases. 

We are seeking someone who is passionate about building a market recognised Healthcare proposition and developing people into high performing experts. Ideally, you will also bring a personal book of business that could transition across once out of covenant. Some key responsibilities will include:
