Job Description

Ref: 210075 Senior Medical Officer | GP Anaesthetics Central NSW

  • linical handover at 0800 with outgoing or incoming anaesthetist on the ward or by telephone.  Provide anaesthesia services at allocated theatre lists, including eye blocks.  Provide pre-admission clinic services as scheduled.
  • Provide on-call anaesthetic and regional anaesthesia services including epidurals across the facility  Provide critical care services including airway management, ventilator support and haemodynamic support at the facility.  Provide vascular access support across the facility.  Provide pain services across the facility.  Provide neonatal resuscitation services.
  • articipate in the training and supervision of students, junior medical officers and registrars
