Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Medical Scribe / Charting Virtual Assistant to support a Nurse Practitioner with real-time documentation, patient charting, and secure medical record management. This role requires strong medical terminology, high accuracy, and strict HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters, assessments, and treatment plans
• Join patient calls for real-time medical scribing
• Prepare patient notes before appointments
• Manage and organize records in OneDrive
• Support PointClickCare (preferred, not required)
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
