Key Responsibilities
Execute FastSpice-based verification (PrimeSim / FineSim / SpectreFx) for DRAM and HBM critical timing sign-off within assigned scope.
Perform full-chip and block-level analog SPICE simulations and analysis across PVT corners and speed grades.
Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon designs to identify and resolve functional and timing issues.
Develop and maintain SPICE and mixed-signal testbenches at block and full-chip levels.
Create test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
