Senior MEPF Engineer

As a Senior MEPF Engineer at M Moser Associates, you would collaborate with the Manila team to provide the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal and external project teams in Electrical and LV, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection related building services from site selection through to post-occupancy phase, to ensure these services are fully integrated and provide the highest quality engineered spaces in the market.
Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify the quality of workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal resources by validating resource availability and allocation.
Bring on board and develop Scope of Works for third party Consultants, Contractors, and vendors to cover...
