Senior MEPF Engineer

As a Senior MEPF Engineer at M Moser Associates, you would collaborate with the Manila team to provide the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal and external project teams in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection related building services from site selection through to post-occupancy phase, to ensure these services are fully integrated and provide the highest quality engineered spaces in the market.
Coordinate internal resources by validating resource availability and allocation.
Bring on board and develop Scope of Works for third party Consultants, Contractors, and vendors to cover project execution together with the internal MEPF Team
Assisting the contracts team with the procurement and commercial management of all pre and post contract stages of the project, which will be awarded to local and international vendors / suppliers / contractors. This includes supporting payment issues and reviewing sign-off procedures.
