Senior Merchandiser – Home Textile

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle for home textile products from product development to shipment execution.
• Coordinate closely with production, dyeing, printing, finishing, and stitching teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Handle buyer communication, order confirmations, follow-ups, and routine updates.
• Prepare costings, maintain order files, update ERP systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor order progress, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Sciences, or Supply Chain (preferably Textile).
