Senior Merchandising Operation Executive

About this role
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to support the execution of nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, manpower fulfilment, and consistent execution quality across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities 

+ Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.

+ Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required.

+ Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.

+ Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards.
