SENIOR MERCHANT, KIDS SPORTSWEAR FOOTWEAR GC

**Overview of the Job:**

+ The role is responsible for shaping the merchandising strategy, managing the consumer product offering, and leading end-to-end product conversation with Global and Geo counterparts to drive sustainable growth for Nike Kids.
+ Focus on Kids Sportswear footwear

+ Direct report to GC Kids footwear merchandising director

**Key Partnership:**

+ GC Kids x-functional team
+ Global Kids merchandising
+ GC merchandising

**Job Responsibility** :

+ Be a consumer, product and merchandising expert.
+ Initiate creative ideas for Kids product development.
+ Partner with global on GC product request. Provide GC insight & deliver long term product line plan.
