About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist who can combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on delivery. The ideal candidate is not only able to design and lead enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions , but also to execute at a deep technical level when needed. You will drive migration and modern workplace projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our Microsoft 365 environment is secure, compliant, and optimised. This role is suited for someone with both the aptitude to architect and the determination to deliver — a leader who is also a strong doer.
