About the role

As the Senior Mill Manager/Mill Manager at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's palm oil mill. This is a full-time role based in Johor, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the strategic growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and direct all mill operations (operators and machine) to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
• Ensure healthy yields of oil and kernel extraction rates. Production targets and wastage management.
• Ensure compliance to the DOE, DOSH, HSE, etc. regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement and monitor production targets, quality control measures, and maintenance schedules.
• Lead any Government accreditation requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team of mill technicians and operators.
