Key Responsibilities
Design clear, accessible, and user-centred interaction flows across complex end-to-end services
Create mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android platforms
Work closely with service designers, researchers, developers, and product teams to shape user journeys and design decisions
Mobile Prototyping
Create high-fidelity interactive mobile prototypes to demonstrate interactions, gestures, transitions, and system behaviours
Use prototyping tools and lightweight code to simulate complex user flows and interactions
Support testing, feasibility discussions, and collaboration with engineering teams
