Senior Mobile & Web Engineer (Maps & Geospatial)

Roadern is building an AI-powered road and asset intelligence platform used by road authorities and councils. Our product is mobile-first, turning smartphone imagery, GPS, and sensor data into actionable insights at scale.

We’re looking for a senior engineer who is strong in React Native, comfortable with map-heavy interfaces, and happy working across mobile and web in a startup environment.

The Role:

• Build and scale React Native mobile applications (primary focus)
• Develop React + Next.js web dashboards with heavy map & geospatial visualisation
• Work with GPS, camera, and background location tracking
• Optimise performance for mobile, maps, and large datasets
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
