Senior mold designer

A typical JD for Senior Mold Designer will include: -
1) To receive, study, interact & understand the customer requirements about the products & molds.
2) Propose & prepare DFM, MFA solutions. ( feasibility study)
3) Planning the mold design execution within the mold design team.
4) Actual execution & monitoring of mold design projects as planned above.
5) Regular interactions with Tool room shop floor, die makers and tooling projects.
6) Maintaining the resources of mold design section.
7) Training, grooming the junior/fresh mold designers thru the skill ladder.
8) To interact with senior management about the quality objectives, business targets of the unit, in line with the vision, mission & goals of the whole organisation.
The candidate should be knowledgeable, experienced & capable enough for upholding above responsibilities and most importantly should be having right attitude of sense of ownership.
