Senior Mortgage Governance Analyst

Drive compliance and enhance mortgage governance at IGM Financial, based in Winnipeg or Toronto. As a Senior Analyst, you will manage credit exceptions while refining lending policies.

In this role, you will be part of the Credit Risk Management team, focusing on complex file analysis, stakeholder communication, and compliance adherence. With at least five years in mortgage lending, you'll support quality assurance efforts and ensure alignment with current regulatory standards through proactive governance.
