Senior Motion Designer

About the Role

You’ll be a senior creative force on high‑profile brand marketing campaigns spanning social content, hero video, motion graphics, and typographic animation. Operating within a dedicated client team, you’ll own the animation process end‑to‑end — from concept and pre‑production through final delivery — collaborating with creative directors, producers, illustrators, and animators across a global team.

At this level, nobody oversees your craft — you set the bar. You’re expected to drive quality and efficiency, mentor junior and semi‑senior animators, push new techniques and tools, and serve as an internal ambassador for generative AI in the animation workflow.
