The Mission

We are looking for a top-tier Motion Designer to lead the visual identity of our premium faceless channels and high-ticket clients . You aren't just an editor; you are a visual architect. If you can build immersive worlds using only After Effects, typography, and motion without relying on boring stock footage, you are the lead artist we need for our journey

Key Responsibilities

• Premium Motion Design (80%): Create high-retention, immersive motion graphics for long-form YouTube and trendy, high-energy reels.
• Faceless Content Mastery: Execute complex 2D/3D sequences, advanced typography, and mixed-media styles (MagnatesMedia/Iman Gadzhi style).
• Technical Leadership (20%): Work alongside the Technical Director (Asad) to buildcustom AE templates and set the CreativeFlic Quality Standard for junior editors.
