WaterSMART Solutions | A Hazen Company is seeking a
Senior Municipal Engineer
to join our
Calgary, Alberta
office. This senior‑level role will lead and support a wide range of
municipal drinking water and wastewater projects , from early planning and feasibility through detailed design, construction, and operational support.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical and project management leader, working directly with municipal clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development efforts across Alberta and Western Canada.
WaterSMART Solutions was founded in Calgary, Alberta in 2006 and was acquired by
Hazen
in late 2024. Hazen was founded in 1951 by the son of Allen Hazen (developer of the Hazen-Williams equation). We currently have over 2,000 employees in 70+ offices throughout the United States, Canada, the UK and Latin America.
