The Quality and Safety in Imaging GmbH (QSI) is a wholly owned affiliate of the European Society of Radiology  (ESR), which represents the medical specialty of radiology in Europe and organises the biggest congress in this field, the annual European Congress of Radiolog y (ECR).
QSI has been created to support the implementation and use of the ESR’s guidelines, eHealth tools and clinical IT solutions, in support of the ESR’s mission to improve radiological healthcare and patient safety. QSI’s activities are currently focused on the ESR’s imaging referral guidelines embedded in the clinical decision support (CDS) software ESR iGuide.
